Own Customer VDRL, vendor documents, progress reports, and project schedules. Track scope, schedule, cost, issues, and risk alongside the Project Manager, and coordinate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders through to project closeout.🔹 𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 (𝟱–𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀' 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲) Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, facilitating planning sessions to define scope and objectives. Own project documentation and engineering deliverables, manage scope/schedule/cost/risk using structured PM tools, and build strong, customer-centric relationships with stakeholders throughout project delivery.🔹 𝟯. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 (𝟱–𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀' 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲) Apply quality planning, evaluation, and control principles across manufacturing and installation operations. Lead corrective action processes (CARs, SCARs, NCRs), drive Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives, support ISO 9001 certification and internal audits, and manage supplier quality through audits and SWOT analysis.🔹 𝟰. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 – 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗜𝗜 Prepare basic financial analyses and reports for management, supporting annual budget and forecasting processes.
