Applicants can expect to join a company with established expertise supporting complex defense and critical infrastructure environments.Role Description The Munitions Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, accountability, handling, and issue of various classes of munitions in accordance with applicable regulations, technical orders, and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine and special inspections, maintaining accurate inventory records, documenting lot and serial number data, preparing munitions for transport, and supporting demilitarization or disposal activities as required. The Munitions Specialist will operate material handling equipment, maintain storage facilities and safety zones, and ensure proper segregation, packaging, and labeling of assets. The role also involves preparing reports, participating in audits, coordinating with operations and logistics teams, and supporting training and emergency response procedures related to munitions operations.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in munitions handling, storage, inspection, and accountability within a military or defense-related environment.Strong knowledge of relevant technical orders, safety regulations, explosive ordnance safety practices, and compliance standards governing munitions management.Proficiency in inventory control systems, documentation, data entry, and basic computer applications used for tracking and reporting munitions activities.Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and follow established procedures for loading, unloading, and transporting munitions.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.Effective teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional operations, logistics, and safety personnel.Relevant military or defense munitions certification or training; prior service as a munitions technician or similar role is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates, including meeting any local and contractual eligibility or clearance requirements.Commitment to a safe
