Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMWork Location: Kalimati, KathmanduPosition Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Music Class Coordinator & Lead Management Executive to manage student inquiries, coordinate music classes, follow up with leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in music or music as a hobby and be comfortable communicating with students, parents, and customers.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up with music class leads and inquiries received through Facebook, phone, forms, and other digital channels.Contact prospective students and parents, understand their requirements, and provide information about available music classes.Coordinate music class schedules, student enrollment, attendance, and class-related communication.Maintain regular follow-up with interested students until enrollment.Coordinate with music teachers/instructors regarding class schedules, student requirements, and daily activities.Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, enrollments, and student information.Respond professionally to customer questions through phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.Support promotional activities and basic digital communication for music programs.Help organize and coordinate music-related events, trial classes, workshops, and special programs.Prepare basic daily reports related to leads, calls, follow-ups, enrollments, and class coordination.Provide a positive and welcoming experience to students and parents.Perform other coordination and lead-management tasks assigned by management.Required Skills & QualificationsGenuine interest in music / music as a hobby is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.Good digital literacy and ability to use social media, messaging platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic office software.Strong customer-service mindset with a polite, helpful, and professional attitude.Good follow-up and communication skills.Ability to communicate confidently with students, parents, and customers.Organized, responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with teachers and management.Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.Previous experience in lead management, telesales, customer service, education coordination, or music-related activities will be an advantage.Working Schedule12:00 PM – 8:00 PMThe position requires regular availability throughout the working period for lead follow-up, student coordination, customer communication, and music-class operations.Preferred Candidate ProfileA person who is friendly, energetic, digitally comfortable, interested in music, confident in communication, and genuinely enjoys working with students and customers.
