Responsibilities include planning and delivering music courses, leading ensemble and individual performance training, and guiding learners in music theory, composition, and interpretation. The role involves organizing rehearsals, concerts, and other performance activities, as well as mentoring learners on practice routines, artistic expression, and professional development in the music field. Daily tasks also include developing instructional materials, assessing progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and event planning.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Music Performance and general Music musicianship.Candidates should possess skills in Music Production and familiarity with Music Industry practices.Candidates should possess skills in Music Education, including curriculum design and learner-centered instruction.Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse learners and colleagues.Ability to design engaging lessons, organize performances, and support artistic growth in various music styles.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music or a closely related field; advanced training, certifications, or professional performance experience are beneficial.Experience teaching or mentoring in academic, studio, or community settings is highly desirable.
