With a strategic focus on recruiting outstanding international educators, Elite Private School aims to provide the essential components for strong academic and personal development.Role Description The Music Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based at Elite Private School in Abu Dhabi. The Music Teacher will plan and deliver engaging music lessons across relevant grade levels, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and learning outcomes. Daily responsibilities include teaching music theory and performance skills, preparing students for concerts and school events, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Music Teacher will also organize rehearsals, support individual and group practice, collaborate with other teachers on cross-curricular projects, and contribute to the wider school community through participation in events and activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Music and Music Theory.Candidates should possess practical skills in Music Performance, with the ability to demonstrate techniques and guide student practice.Candidates should possess expertise in Music Education, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.Candidates should possess proficiency in Piano, with the ability to accompany students and support ensemble work.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Music Education, Music, or a closely related field.Prior experience teaching music in a school or educational setting, preferably in an international or diverse environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support learners of different ages and abilities.Ability to integrate technology into music instruction and maintain an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
