MYP English Language & Literature Teacher - Middle school

Pledge Harbor International School, an IB continuum residential international school, is looking for an enthusiastic English Language & Literature Teacher to join our Middle School team.Are you passionate about helping young learners become confident readers, writers, speakers, and critical thinkers? We welcome applications from experienced English teachers, including those who are new to the IB Middle Years Programme.Minimum 3 years of Experience In any international school and teaching IB Experience will get advantage.Job Responsibilities- Deliver engaging English Language & Literature lessons for Middle School students.- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical-thinking skills.- Teach a variety of literary and non-literary texts.- Plan purposeful learning activities, projects, and assessments.- Provide constructive feedback and support students with different learning needs.- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities and programmes.- Learn and implement the IB MYP approach to teaching and assessment.Additional requirement- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field.- Experience teaching English at Middle School or lower secondary level.- Strong written and spoken English.- Good classroom management and communication skills.- A willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow professionally.- Employee need to accommodate in school campus and school will provide the accommodation facility.Job location : School Campus, Shinger Dighi, Gazipur, Bangladesh
