Responsibilities

Clarify business needs and define business and system requirements.Create process flows, business process diagrams, and ER diagrams.Define reusable and logical system requirements.Review Salesforce design proposals and prioritize standard Salesforce functionality.Lead functional aspects of Salesforce improvements and changes.Review vendor proposals from functional and structural perspectives.Support requirements definition, UAT, and release preparation.Investigate Salesforce data, settings, system behavior, and operational issues.Evaluate maintainability, existing-system impact, and future extensibility.Work with business teams, internal IT, and vendors.

Required Skills

Experience leading requirements definition and design phases in projects.Practical experience operating and maintaining business systems.Salesforce standard functionality, configuration, or data model knowledge is preferred.Project management experience is preferred.Business analysis experience beyond a specific platform is preferred.Japanese: N1 or aboveEnglish: High Intermediate — reading and writing requiredWorking Hours:9:00–17:30, Mon–Fri / Flextime, no core hoursWorking Style:Remote work available, with occasional office attendance for meetings, training, system changes, and incidents
