Responsibilities

Project assignment will be determined based on your experience, availability, and preferred work location. You will be involved in bilingual (Japanese & English) IT user support projects.Example Projects:On-site support for IT equipment (PCs and peripheral devices)Meeting room equipment support and conference assistanceFront desk / help desk support, responding to IT-related inquiries from visiting usersNetwork infrastructure setup, relocation, replacement, and ongoing operationsNetwork setup, maintenance, and management for overseas branch openings and closuresFirewall configuration and management (e.g., FortiGate)System and network monitoring using tools such as Zabbix

Required Skills

At least 6 months of hands-on experience as an infrastructure or IT engineerBusiness-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 equivalent or higher)Business-level English proficiencyStrong motivation to work in Japan and willingness to continue learning JapanesePreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Certifications related to IT infrastructuree.g.,AWS Certified Solutions Architect,Microsoft Azure certifications,Google Cloud certificationsCCNALPIC, CompTIA Network+etc.Company Details:A growing IT infrastructure company providing cloud, server, and network security solutions for enterprise clients.
