Nail Technician

We are looking for an experienced Ladies Nail Technician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in professional manicure and pedicure services, nail enhancements, nail art, and maintaining excellent hygiene and customer-service standards.Key Responsibilities* Classic manicure and pedicure* Gel manicure and pedicure* French manicure and pedicure* Nail shaping, filing, buffing, and cuticle care* Nail polish and gel polish application and removal* Acrylic nail application, refill, repair, and removal* Gel nail extensions and overlays* Builder gel / BIAB services, where experienced* Nail extensions using tips or forms* Nail strengthening and repair treatments* Professional nail art and customised nail designs* Chrome, ombré, glitter, and other modern nail finishes* Foot scrubs and basic spa manicure/pedicure treatments* Safely remove existing nail products without damaging natural nails* Assess the condition of clients’ nails and recommend suitable services* Advise clients on proper nail care and maintenance* Recommend appropriate salon treatments and nail-care products* Maintain high-quality finishing and attention to detail* Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the service* Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat appointments* Maintain a clean and organised nail station* Properly clean, disinfect, and sterilise nail tools and equipment between clients* Follow strict salon hygiene, health, and safety procedures* Use disposable items appropriately and prevent cross-contamination* Monitor nail products and supplies and report low stock to management* Use salon products carefully and minimise unnecessary wastage* Manage appointments efficiently and complete services within appropriate timings* Report client complaints, equipment issues, or other concerns to management* Keep updated with the latest nail techniques, products, colours, designs, and trendsRequirementsCandidate Requirements* Previous professional experience as a Ladies Nail Technician* Strong manicure and pedicure skills* Experience with gel polish and nail extensions* Experience with acrylic and/or gel systems* Good knowledge of nail hygiene and sanitation procedures* Excellent attention to detail and neat finishing* Good customer-service and communication skills* Professional, well-groomed, friendly, punctual, and reliable* Ability to work efficiently during busy periods* Ability to work well as part of a salon team* Relevant nail technician certification is preferred* UAE/GCC salon experience is an advantageAdditional Skills PreferredExperience in BIAB/builder gel, Russian manicure, advanced nail art, acrylic extensions, gel extensions, spa manicure/pedicure, and current nail trends will be an advantage.Salary to be discussed during the interview, based on experience and skills.
