With over 100 global contributors and more than 50 participants progressing into full-time employment, Napblog is building infrastructure that connects innovation, research, and workforce development to create evidence-based career opportunities.Role Description The Nap OS (Co-founder) role is a remote leadership position focused on building, scaling, and refining the Nap OS platform and its underlying operating model. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping product vision and strategy, collaborating with partners and clients to design workforce-led innovation projects, and overseeing research, validation, and delivery of business outcomes through Nap OS. The Co-founder will develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, drive sales and partnership pipelines, and ensure alignment between platform features, employer needs, and participant experience. This role also involves analyzing platform data and project outcomes to improve product-market fit, mentoring contributors and project participants, and representing Napblog in external engagements, events, and strategic discussions. The Co-founder will work closely with the founding team to secure resources, optimize operations, and grow Nap OS into a scalable, impact-driven solution for global workforce development.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities to evaluate product performance, project outcomes, and market opportunities.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders, present complex ideas clearly, and collaborate across cultures and disciplines.Proven sales skills, including experience in building pipelines, negotiating partnerships, and closing deals with startups, SMEs, enterprises, or public sector organizations.Marketing skills with experience in positioning platforms, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating awareness for innovation and workforce solutions.Research skills for conducting market research, feasibility studies, product validation, and innovation assessments.Demonstrated experience in innovation, product development, or startup environments, ideally within HR tech, edtech, workforce development, or B2B services.Capability to operate in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous setting, taking ownership and driving initiatives from concept to execution.Background in business, technology, innovation, or related fields; entrepreneurial or co-founding experience is highly beneficial.
