Other duties may be assigned. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and affiliates. Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues. Act as a trusted liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee and manage the dispatch process for various service calls, prioritizing timely and effectiveresource allocation to meet customer needs. Request and submit proposals for additional repairs/services and to correct deficiencies. Follow up on completed inspections with affiliates to make sure the reports, paperwork, and invoicesare sent to National Accounts in a timely manner. Review the Call Analysis report from your account manager and provide status on work orders. Review exception management queue and mark‐up queue daily. Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy including the NTE (Not to Exceed) amounts oncustomer POs (purchase orders) prior to mark‐ups. Mark‐up/price the service and inspection call properly before submitting to the Account Receivableteam.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. Associate's degree or minimum one year experience in customer service, work order management,customer service or maintenance services. Proven ability to manage complex processes and collaborate effectively across teams. Detail‐oriented and capable of working in a fast‐paced environment. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business processes, technical procedures, or county andstate regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
