Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Job SummaryThe National Broker Sales Manager is responsible for promoting aftermarket products and services to customers, dealerships, and service centres nationwide; developing sales strategies, managing broker relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of spare parts, accessories, maintenance contracts, and other aftersales offerings; playing a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and enhancing customer satisfaction in the aftersales division.Key Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesSr #Technical / Job-Specific Competencies1Implementation of Sales Operation Strategy Envision and oversee implementation of Sales strategies and set parameters for its strict compliance.Develop and implement strategies to clear out slow-moving inventory, such as targeted promotions and discounts, Bundling Deals, Liquidation Sales etc.Track the effectiveness of action plans and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Grow customer base, discover emerging markets, and help the company achieve business objectives.Drive meteoric revenue growth by implementing strategies cultivated to optimize sales processes, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing deal value.Ensure the contracts being signs are strategic and in favour of the company and in compliance to legal Requirements.2Broker Sales OperationsSpearhead sales activities, unearthing new potential customers (prospecting) and generating a steady stream of qualified leads. Guide your team in becoming relentless prospectors, ever-expanding.Maintain meticulous registration details and manage accounts payable for all vehicles, ensuring financial accuracy and a smooth customer experience.Maintain meticulous registration details and manage accounts payable for all vehicles, ensuring financial accuracy and a smooth customer experience.Review and manage all Petromin vehicle insurances with a keen eye and become the eagle-eyed guardian of insurance landscape, protecting both the company and its customers.Develop weekly reports that illuminate any "Sold Not Delivered" (SND) items, keeping higher management informed and allowing for swift resolution. Eliminate the backlog of undelivered vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.Attend territory plan reviews, weekly forecasting reviews, and quarterly sales review with the sales management team.Possess a deep understanding of aftermarket products, accessories, and service offerings. Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and training to sales brokers and customers to enhance product knowledge and facilitate sales.Expand the customer portfolio by successfully persuading customers for purchase.Collaborate with brokers to segment the customer base as Class A, B, and C according to company requirements.Establish clear and achievable sales targets for your broker team, aligned with the overall goal.3KPIs Development and Performance Attribution Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with the vigilance of a samurai. When deviations arise, you become the strategist, implementing corrective actions with precision to achieve optimal sales results.Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and pain points within the sales operations cycle.Hire, train, and closely monitor the performance of automotive sales employees. Process and monitor commission sheets and payroll, ensuring fair compensation and a motivated sales force.4Customer Agenda with Value Proposition Promote customer-centric business culture across the organization and foster a climate of customer focus with value proposition; establish customer satisfaction, care & engagement programs; define customer service standards; and set the tone at the top for effective business development by leveraging organization’s optimum capability.Closely monitor the achievement of the customer service standards through Customer Care Service, ensuring the dissemination, understanding and delivery of customer centric services across the organization for resolution of customer complaints.5Customer Acquisition and Retention Meet and greet customers with a welcoming and helpful demeanour, turning showroom visits into sales opportunities.Conduct regular visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new customers.Guide customers through the purchase process, employing persuasive techniques that leave them feeling confident and satisfied with their decision.Explain technical details of the vehicles, along with any legal or financial requirements, ensuring a transparent and informed purchase for the customer.The Job Profile1Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Automotive Engineering 2Professional CertificationsCPSM – Certified Professional Sales Manager preferred 3ExperienceMinimum 10 years experience in broker sales operation4Languages ProficiencyFluency in English & Arabic languages
