This is a unique "Player-Coach" position designed for a high-energy clinician who excels at both high-level market management and day-to-day patient care. You will be the bridge between our global vision and local execution, ensuring that every German clinic delivers the "Impressive" standard of care.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Leadership & ComplianceRegulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for German dental governing bodies, ensuring all clinics remain fully compliant with local protocols and regulations.Operational Oversight: Take ownership of the German market’s clinical KPIs, focusing on revenue targets, patient retention, and overall satisfaction.Reporting: Create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to track performance and identify areas for growth.Clinical Excellence & MentorshipDirect Patient Care: Lead by example by spending time in-clinic; performing 3D scans, dental impressions, IPRs, and fitting attachments just like the rest of the clinical team.Mentorship: Act as the lead mentor for new dentists specialising in orthodontics, fostering a culture of continuous learning and "WOW" patient experiences.Complex Case Support: Collaborate with the wider orthodontics department to provide expert second opinions on complex cases and ensure treatment accuracy.Process & Quality ControlWorkflow Optimization: Review 100% of diagnostic data for accuracy before submission, ensuring all patient records are uploaded into the system same-day.Quality Assurance: Assist with QA initiatives and process improvements, including the preparation of cases for production during clinical gaps.Inventory & Equipment: Maintain high standards for clinical equipment and workplace organization.Who You AreDynamic & Collaborative: You are a natural leader who doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves to help the patient care team or see patients during a busy shift.Strategically Minded: You see the "big picture" of the German market but have a sharp eye for the tiny details in a treatment plan.Adaptable: You are comfortable with domestic and international travel to stay aligned with our global clinical standards.Results-Driven: You have a hunger for success and a "never settle" attitude toward clinical and commercial results.RequirementsLicensed Orthodontist with a deep understanding of the German market.Strong leadership experience, ideally in a multi-clinic or high-growth environment.Excellent communication skills in both German and English.Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally to the international headquarters.
