Location: Nadel in Culver City, CA (On-Site)Reports To: Executive Vice President of Sales & RevenueCompensation Range: $150,000 - $200,000POSITION OVERVIEWThe National Sales Manager with Nadel is responsible for leading sales operations, business development initiatives, and sales training to drive revenue growth and organizational performance.

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Revenue, this role partners closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, optimize sales processes, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented leader who can translate data and business strategy into actionable plans, influence cross-functional teams, and build strong partnerships across the organization to achieve company objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITESSales Leadership & Team DevelopmentCollaborate with EVP in supporting and managing high performing sales organization, including hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.Partner with senior leadership (e.g., EVP, C-Suite, etc.) to set sales strategy, policies, guidance, and training frameworks.Build a structured, goal-oriented, data-driven sales culture that increases productivity, engagement, and retention.Assess training needs and deliver training directly or coordinate external resources as appropriate.Sales Strategy & Revenue GrowthIdentify, evaluate, and champion new initiatives, offerings, or capabilities aligned with market demand.Analyze sales, market, and financial data to inform strategic decisions and optimize business development efforts.Review business performance and market conditions quarterly, identifying risks, opportunities, and growth levers.Align sales initiatives with broader organizational strategy, building consensus and driving decision-making across the business.Evaluate and ensure new initiatives and investments are financially sound and support the company's long-term growth.Business Development & Sales ExecutionAssist the Sales Team in Sales Cycle Management: lead generation, presentation, negotiation, closing, follow-up, and implementation.Demonstrate ability to coach sales processes to successful outcomes.Elevate new business development capabilities through modern prospecting methods, including cold outreach, social selling, campaign marketing, and technology-driven lead generation.Promote consultative, creative, and conceptual selling approaches that extend beyond traditional branded merchandise.Design and manage a referral program that increases qualified leads, strengthens client advocacy, and contributes to overall revenue growth. Design and manage a referral program that increases qualified leads, strengthens client advocacy, and contributes to overall revenue growth.Client & Market EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with brand-conscious, multinational clients across U.S. and global markets.Ensure consistent delivery of value-added, strategic solutions that integrate creative, design, technology, and strategic thinking.Support multinational client programs across global markets.Sales Operations, Reporting & Process ImprovementSupport Sales Team in sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure sales effectiveness and outcomes.Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to the executive team; develop new reporting tools as needed.Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Partner with Sales Team in analyzing account performance, uncovering growth opportunities, and developing strategies to retain and expand client relationships.Revenue Attainment and RetentionMaintain a strong understanding of financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability.Ensure the sales team understands and sells in alignment with financial and profitability objectives.Contribute to revenue forecasting and identify opportunities to grow share of wallet within existing accounts.KEY COMPETENCIESRelationship Leadership: Builds trusted, long-term relationships with Sales Teams and key client stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing, HR, Communications, Fulfillment, and Executive Leadership.Sales Training & Enablement: Ability to develop deep understanding of Nadel's services, capabilities, and value proposition, then translates that knowledge into effective onboarding, training, and coaching that enables salespeople to confidently position the organization and differentiate Nadel in the marketplace.Sales Leadership & Coaching: Leads, develops, and inspires sales professionals by providing consistent coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on guidance throughout the sales process. Creates accountability while building the confidence and capabilities of both new and experienced team members.Commercial Strategy: Develops regional growth strategies by aligning market trends, client objectives, and Nadel's agency-centric capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships across Creative, Sourcing, Operations, Client Services, Logistics, Production, and other departments to ensure sales teams understand how to leverage internal expertise and deliver exceptional client experiences.Brand Stewardship: Understands and protects client brand standards while ensuring quality, consistency, compliance, and thoughtful execution across all branded touchpoints.Strategic Branding & Solution Expertise (Preferred, not required): Understands how to solve client business challenges through thoughtful, purpose-driven branding solutions, including branded merchandise, apparel, company stores, recognition programs, event experiences, gifting, and other engagement strategies that strengthen brand connection and deliver measurable business impact.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/business educationMinimum of 7 years progressive experience in sales management.Ability to effectively support a geographically dispersed team in sales.Strong leadership ability with strategic mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven leader and manager of sales teams, providing mentorship and development.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willing to travel and entertain clients, top sales, and potential recruits. Up to 30% travel.
