The company empowers businesses to operate efficiently both locally and globally, while contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 through advanced logistics services.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new and existing business by identifying contract logistics opportunities (dedicated and multi-user warehousing, distribution, and value-added services) through networking, fact-finding, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and selling Naqel's solutions to open new accounts or develop existing ones.Personally lead the pursuit of large, complex, and strategic opportunities from qualification through to contract signature, including RFQ/RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and contract terms.Develop compelling solution proposals in collaboration with solutions design, operations, and finance — including pricing, rate cards, and commercial models (open book, closed book, hybrid) — ensuring sold solutions are deliverable and margin-protected through go-live.Develop timely and accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts for accounts and opportunities, and revise throughout the year; maintain disciplined pipeline governance including weekly reviews, win/loss analysis, and forecast reporting to the GM and divisional leadership.Manage and penetrate customers at all levels, establishing C-level and senior supply chain relationships across target accounts — including family conglomerates, government-related entities, and multinationals — to enable achievement of plans and objectives.Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved business plans and employ effective negotiating strategies.Manage execution of customer agreements/contracts, ensuring retention, renewals, rate reviews, and organic growth (upsell/cross-sell into transport, freight, and last-mile services); correct compliance issues and identify new sales opportunities within managed accounts.Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, including agreement of actions required internally to enable new or grow existing customer volumes and warehouse utilization.Coordinate with relevant departments (solutions, operations, implementation, finance, legal) and third parties on day-to-day commercial activities.Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, Grade A warehousing supply/demand, and customer outsourcing trends across KSA; contribute commercial input to capacity planning, network design, and investment cases.Recruit, develop, and performance-manage the national Contract Logistics sales team as the division scales.Promote new products and services as they are made available.Daily capture of customer contacts and opportunities into the CRM tool, with required internal reporting and presentations.Represent Naqel at industry events, trade bodies, and customer forums.Travel required for this role.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar relevant field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.Experience: 8+ years in logistics/3PL commercial roles, with a minimum of 5 years selling contract logistics solutions (warehousing, distribution, VAS); demonstrable track record of closing large, multi-year contract logistics deals, ideally in the GCC and specifically Saudi Arabia.Required SkillsStrong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives.Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting.Preferred SkillsExperience in the GCC market.Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management best practices.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementNAQEL Express is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
