National Strategic Sourcing Manager

I'm partnering with a well-established national homebuilder to identify a talented National Strategic Sourcing Manager for a high-impact corporate leadership opportunity.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, building strong supplier partnerships, and influencing procurement decisions across multiple operating divisions.What You'll Do:Lead national and regional strategic sourcing initiativesNegotiate and manage supplier agreements with manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractorsDevelop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply chain performancePartner with operational leaders to implement sourcing initiatives across multiple divisionsAnalyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvementManage rebate programs, supplier incentives, and contract renewalsServe as a key liaison between corporate leadership and field operationsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field5–10 years of strategic sourcing experienceRequired: Experience with a regional or national homebuilderStrong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experienceAbility to influence stakeholders across a multi-division organizationWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Highly strategic, enterprise-level role (not transactional purchasing)Significant visibility with senior leadershipExcellent long-term career advancement opportunitiesHybrid schedule (4 days in office / 1 remote)Flexible work hoursCompetitive compensation:• $145K–$165K base salary• 25% target bonus• Outstanding benefits package• Relocation assistance may be availableThis position is based in the Greater Washington DC area.
