With Brexit, technology and other disruptive forces driving changes in the way goods move across borders and through the supply chain, logistics has never been more important to UK PLC.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Transport Manager CPC and other transport compliance training courses to delegates across the UKProvide an exceptional learning experience, tailoring training to meet customer and learner needsSupport the design and development of course materials and learning contentAssist in identifying training requirements within the transport sectorBuild strong relationships with customers and delegates, ensuring excellent service throughoutIdentify potential business opportunities and contribute to achieving commercial objectivesStay up to date with transport legislation and industry developments to ensure training remains relevant and engagingRequirementsA valid Transport Manager CPC qualificationExperience delivering Transport Manager CPC (City & Guilds) qualificationsStrong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage diverse audiencesHigh levels of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detailStrong planning and organisational abilitiesA passion for continuous learning and professional developmentA customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt your style to different learnersA proven ability to learn quickly and support others in achieving their development goalsThis is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the UK.
