Native Level English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to individual student needsTeach core skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listeningDevelop and adapt lesson plans based on student level, goals, and progressCreate interactive and stimulating learning materials and activitiesAssess student performance regularly through assignments, tests, and informal evaluationsProvide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to support improvementTrack and report student progress and maintain accurate recordsSupport students in building confidence and fluency in EnglishEncourage critical thinking, participation, and independent learningMaintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environmentCommunicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and learning objectivesCollaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and teaching strategiesStay updated on best practices in English language teachingRequirementsNative or native-level English proficiencyProven experience teaching English (ESL/EFL preferred)Strong lesson planning and classroom management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with students of different ages and proficiency levelsAbility to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning stylesPatient, approachable, and passionate about educationBachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is a plus
