Our programs combine workplace safety principles, risk management, compliance awareness, and real-world industry scenarios to help organizations build stronger safety cultures and equip professionals with practical HSE capabilities.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced HSE professional to deliver online NEBOSH-focused training and workplace safety education. You will guide learners through health and safety principles, risk assessment, hazard control, incident prevention, and practical workplace scenarios while helping them prepare effectively for professional safety qualifications.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international learners, HSE professionals, and diverse workplace safety environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging online training covering NEBOSH and core health, safety, and environmental concepts.Explain hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control, incident prevention, workplace inspections, and safety management principles.Develop or adapt lesson plans, presentations, case studies, exercises, assessments, and supporting learning materials.Guide learners through practical workplace scenarios, risk assessments, safety questions, and examination-style activities.Explain relevant HSE legislation, standards, policies, procedures, and safety management practices.Provide constructive feedback on learner assignments, assessments, and practical safety exercises.Support learners with study plans, revision strategies, examination preparation, and practical application of safety principles.Monitor learner participation, progress, assessment performance, and overall training outcomes.Stay informed about relevant HSE regulations, industry practices, safety standards, and developments in workplace risk management.Collaborate with training and content teams to improve course materials, instructional methods, assessments, and learner experiences.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in HSE, occupational safety, risk management, workplace safety, or a related field is preferred.Strong practical knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, safety management systems, and workplace controls.Strong understanding of NEBOSH-related concepts and professional safety qualification preparation.NEBOSH certification or equivalent recognized HSE qualification is preferred.Previous experience in HSE training, teaching, coaching, mentoring, or professional development is highly advantageous.Familiarity with online teaching platforms, presentation tools, digital learning systems, spreadsheets, and collaboration software.Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.Professional, patient, safety-focused, and comfortable delivering training independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and HSE training responsibilities.Exposure to international learners, safety professionals, and diverse workplace environments.Opportunities to strengthen safety training, instructional delivery, risk management, and professional education skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in HSE education and workplace safety initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on safety awareness, practical learning, compliance, risk prevention, and continuous professional development.
