LALIT TUTORIALS fosters a disciplined yet supportive learning environment that values integrity, curiosity, and consistent performance.Role Description The NEET & JEE Faculty role at LALIT TUTORIALS is a full-time, on-site position based in Akola and for future expansion in Maharashtra. The faculty member will plan and deliver subject-specific lectures (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology/Mathematics) aligned with NEET and JEE syllabi, using clear explanations and exam-focused strategies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing assignments and tests, clarifying doubts, and providing regular feedback to learners on their progress. The role involves analyzing learners’ performance data, conducting revision and doubt-solving sessions, updating teaching materials as exam patterns evolve, and collaborating with other faculty members to maintain consistent academic standards. The faculty is also expected to participate in parent interactions, academic meetings, and contribute to maintaining a positive, disciplined classroom environment.QualificationsPhD, M.Sc., M.Tech, B.Tech, M.B.B.S., B.D.S., & Relevant Degree in concerned subjectStrong subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics relevant to NEET and JEE (Main & JEE Advanced) as well as foundation curricula.Demonstrated ability in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and test preparation for competitive exams.Skills in explaining complex scientific and mathematical concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.Competence in assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing academic improvement plans.Effective communication, time management, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered approach.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Science, Engineering, or related field); prior NEET/JEE coaching experience is highly preferred.Comfort working with standardized exam patterns, updated syllabi, and past-year paper analysis.Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and creating an encouraging environment for learners from diverse backgrounds.
