Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, resolving student doubts, and providing regular academic guidance to improve exam performance. The educator will collaborate with the content team to refine study material, contribute to test questions, and track student progress through assessments and feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring consistent classroom presence and active engagement with students.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Teaching and Education, with a clear understanding of NEET Botany concepts and exam patterns.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills to explain complex topics in a simple, student-friendly manner.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design structured, time-bound sessions and practice schedules for NEET preparation.Relevant degree in Botany, Biology, or a related field (B.Sc./M.Sc./MBBS or equivalent) is preferred.Prior experience teaching NEET or other competitive exams is necessary.Ability to use basic digital tools for presentations, test creation, and student performance tracking.Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and commitment to student success.
