The environment promotes continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth for educators.Role Description The NEET Faculty – Physics role is a full-time, on-site position based at Mizpah Career Academy in Coimbatore. The faculty member will teach Physics for NEET aspirants, plan and deliver classroom lectures, and design lesson plans that align with the NEET syllabus and exam patterns. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, explaining complex concepts in a clear and accessible way, assigning and evaluating tests and practice questions, and providing individual doubt-clearing sessions. The role also involves tracking student performance, offering academic guidance, coordinating with other faculty for integrated teaching, and participating in faculty meetings and curriculum discussions. The faculty member is expected to maintain discipline in the classroom, contribute to study material development, and stay updated with changes in NEET exam trends and Physics education.Qualifications Strong foundational and applied knowledge in Physics, with the ability to teach NEET-level concepts effectively.Skills in Physics Education and Mathematics to design structured lessons, solve numerical problems, and support interdisciplinary learning.Exposure to Theoretical Physics and Astronomy to deepen subject understanding and enrich classroom discussions where relevant.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics or a related field; teaching certification or training in pedagogy is an advantage.Prior experience teaching NEET or similar competitive exams, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor students.Clear communication skills, proficiency in explaining concepts step by step, and comfort using teaching aids and basic educational technology.Commitment to ethical, inclusive teaching practices and openness to continuous professional development.
