Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, for a lady national of PHILIPPINES, SRI LANKA, INDONESIA on-site Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The nurse will provide direct, specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns, including continuous monitoring of vital signs, administering medications, managing ventilators and other life-support equipment, and performing advanced nursing procedures within the neonatal intensive care unit.Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, caring about the new born, implementing care plans, documenting patient status, and responding promptly to changes in condition.The role also involves educating and supporting families, promoting infection control and safety practices, and participating in quality improvement and adherence to clinical protocols.Job living in - Riyadh - Saudi ArabiaQualificationsStrong proficiency in Neonatal Intensive Care, including monitoring, intervention, and support for critically ill newborns.Demonstrated Nursing and Critical Care Nursing skills with experience in high-acuity, hospital-based settings.Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine relevant to neonatal and pediatric patient management.Valid nursing license/registration and eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia or ability to obtain required licensure.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent accredited nursing qualification.Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), preferably in tertiary or specialty care hospitals.Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and emergency response skills, with attention to detail and patient safety.Effective communication skills, ability to work within interdisciplinary teams, and commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by unit staffing needs.Certification in neonatal or pediatric life support (e.g., NRP, PALS) is highly beneficial.
