CareSynqAI aims to move beyond reactive treatment by delivering smarter, data-informed care that is ongoing rather than occasional.Role Description The Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (Filipino) will provide specialized nursing care to newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment in an on-site clinical setting in Dubai. This part-time role involves performing detailed assessments of neonates, administering medications and therapies, managing ventilators and other life-support equipment, and closely monitoring vital signs and clinical status. The nurse will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, communicate clearly with families about the infant’s condition and care, and maintain accurate, timely documentation. The role also includes adhering to infection control and safety protocols, supporting quality improvement efforts, and staying current with evidence-based practice in neonatal and critical care.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills and experience in Neonatal Intensive Care, including the management of critically ill and premature newborns.Candidates should have a solid foundation in Nursing practice, with demonstrated competence in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.Candidates should be proficient in Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Nursing principles relevant to neonatal patients, including the use of advanced monitoring and life-support technologies.Candidates should have a working knowledge of Medicine as it applies to neonatal pathophysiology, pharmacology, and evidence-based interventions.Current nursing license/registration and recognized neonatal or pediatric critical care certification are preferred.Previous experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or equivalent setting is strongly beneficial.Strong communication, teamwork, and family-centered care skills, with the ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.Commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care, and openness to using technology-enabled health solutions.
