• 12-bed Level III NICU
• Collaborative 2-Neonatologist model
• 24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support
• Strong interdisciplinary support and resourcesResponsibilities
• Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
• Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
• Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilitiesIdeal Candidate
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
