This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialized care for newborns in a supportive, family-centered environment, including couplet care when appropriate to promote bonding and continuity of care.Practice HighlightsLevel III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)NICU Bed Count: 10 bedsAverage Daily Census: 5-6Call Schedule: Shared call with pediatric team; typically, 1:3 Shared call with neonatologist.
