Full Stack Developer & Project Lead – React & .NET 10LocationPune, India (Global Capability Center)/ Availability to join soonExperience10+ yearsFunctionProduct & Engineering Advisory – shared services for portfolio business unitsAbout the RoleThis is a hands-on senior IC role that also carries project leadership responsibility — you'll own delivery for a workstream or small pod, plan and sequence the work, and be the technical point of contact for the business units you support, while still writing code day to day. You'll mentor other engineers and bring modern, AI-assisted development practices into everything you build.What You'll DoDesign and build full stack features across React front ends and .NET 10 (C#) back ends, from architecture through deployment.Own technical decisions for the applications you work on API design, data modelling, performance, and security.Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) as a core part of your workflow to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality.Partner with product managers and architects across portfolio business units to translate requirements into shippable, well-tested software.Review code, set technical direction, and raise the bar on engineering practices for the teams you work with.Contribute to modernization efforts, including migrating applications off dated or legacy technology stacks where needed.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, balancing speed with long-term maintainability.Parity mindset match legacy behaviour, automated tests + regression vs old systemProject Leadership ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery for a project or workstream scoping, estimation, sequencing, and tracking work against timelines.Plan and run sprints or delivery cycles: break down requirements into tasks, assign work, and manage day-to-day execution across a small team of engineers.Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders (product managers, GMs, architects) on the projects you lead, including status reporting and escalation.Identify delivery risks and dependencies early, and drive them to resolution before they impact timelines.Mentor and technically guide other engineers on the project, including reviewing their work and unblocking them.Make pragmatic scope/tradeoff calls in partnership with product, balancing speed, quality, and technical debt.What We're Looking For10+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full stack ownership.Prior experience leading a project, workstream, or small team planning delivery, tracking progress, and being accountable for outcomes.Deep hands-on expertise with React (hooks, state management, component architecture) for production front ends.Strong hands-on expertise with .NET (C#), including .NET 10 or the ability to ramp quickly from recent .NET versions.Solid understanding of REST/API design, relational databases, and cloud-hosted application architecture.Practical, daily experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor (or similar GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) to write, review, or refactor code.Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills across the stack.Comfortable working across multiple codebases/business units in a fast-moving, advisory-style environment.Clear written and verbal communication this role works directly with distributed product and engineering stakeholders, and requires confidently representing project status and decisions.Nice to HaveExperience migrating or re-platforming applications from dated technology stacks (e.g., legacy .NET Framework, jQuery/older JS frameworks, monoliths) to modern architectures a strong plus for this role.Experience in a multi-product or portfolio-company environment (PE-backed SaaS, holding company, or similar).Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
