.Net & Angular Full Stack Supervisor (AI/LLM Integration) role is based in Cairo, Egypt.The supervisor will lead a team of developers working on end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of .NET and Angular applications, with a strong focus on integrating AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into customer-facing and internal solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software architecture and design, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices, and coordinating with product, operations, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems that support Xceed’s BPO services. The role also involves managing project timelines, prioritizing tasks, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and AI integration strategies. The supervisor will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure that distributed systems meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years leading development teams.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications, including provider APIs, RAG, guardrails, evaluation, and cost management.
• Practical experience using or governing AI coding agents in real software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server, SaaS architecture, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Good understanding of application security, OWASP principles, authentication, data protection, and production operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
