.NET Developer / Team Lead

About the Role We are seeking a strong .NET Developer Team Lead who can both code and lead. You will manage a small team of .NET developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure delivery according to business requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of .NET developersDevelop, enhance, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practicesTranslate business requirements into technical tasks and estimatesWork closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teamsTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesPrepare technical documentationRequirements5–8 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core developmentSolid experience with C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQGood knowledge of SQL Server and database designExperience on the e-correspondence systems is preferredExperience with Git / Azure DevOpsAbility to lead, delegate, and follow up with the teamGood communication in Arabic & EnglishSaudi-based candidates are preferred
