The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies across both backend and frontend layers.A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve coding productivity, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate debugging, and enhance development workflows.The Role - .NET Full Stack Developer (Copilot-Enabled)Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET CoreBuild and enhance responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as React / JavaScript / TypeScriptDevelop robust APIs, microservices, and backend services for financial applicationsCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and architects to deliver high-quality solutionsUse Copilot / AI-assisted coding tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, documentation, debugging, and productivity improvementsWrite clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code following best practicesPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development principlesOptimize application performance, scalability, and reliabilityWork with databases such as SQL Server and support data modeling, query optimization, and integration needsParticipate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practicesEnsure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial servicesRequirements:Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET CoreProficiency in C#Experience in frontend development with React, along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScriptExperience in building and consuming REST APIs and web servicesStrong working knowledge of SQL Server and relational databasesExperience with Entity Framework / ORM toolsHands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI coding assistantsFamiliarity with Azure / AWS cloud environments is a plusExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologyStrong understanding of software design principles, debugging, and problem-solvingKnowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection principlesWe can offer youA multinational organization with 57 offices in 22 countries and the possibility to work abroad15 days (3 weeks) of paid annual leave plus an additional 10 days of personal leave (floating days and sick days)A comprehensive insurance plan including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long term disabilityFlexible hybrid policy to fit your scheduleRRSP with employer’s contribution up to 4%A higher education certification policyOn-demand Udemy for Business for all Synechron employees with free access to more than 5000 curated coursesCoaching opportunities with experienced colleagues from our Financial Innovation Labs (FinLabs) and Center of Excellences (CoE) groupsSYNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENTDiversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
