Angular front end but not a priorityinterview process to include both virtual and onsite interviewsResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and hands-on development for strategic web initiatives across the full software development lifecycle.Lead and mentor a hybrid team of internal and vendor developers, establishing coding standards, best practices, and technical direction.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design, review, and approve technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, performance, and maintainability standards.Contribute directly to front-end, back-end, API, and cloud development while supporting team delivery.Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive improvements in quality, automation, and DevOps practices.Communicate project status, technical risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications8+ years of full-stack development experience, including experience leading technical teams and solution delivery.Expert in .NET, C#, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS/CSS, REST APIs, and modern web application development.Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB/MongoDB and Redis.Experience with Azure PaaS/SaaS services, Azure DevOps, and Git-based source control.Strong understanding of application architecture, microservices, event-driven design, and cloud-native development.Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, code quality tools, and engineering best practices.Knowledge of Kubernetes, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, and SSO is a plus.Proven ability to mentor developers, drive technical decisions, and coordinate delivery across distributed teams.Demonstrated proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery outcomes.
