.NET Solution Architect - Signing Bonus up to 80M

Working Model: Hybrid ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Design: Design comprehensive .Net/.Net core-based solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business. This includes defining system, technical, and application architectures.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development are followed.Project Oversight: Oversee the development process from conception to deployment, ensuring the architectural vision is executed accurately and effectively.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand their requirements and translate these into architectural designs.Innovation and Research: Stay updated on emerging .Net/.Net core technologies and industry trends. Assess and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.Performance Optimization: Ensure that the architecture and applications are optimized for high performance and scalability.Risk Management: Identify technical risks and provide strategies to mitigate them during the architecture design phase.Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure that the software development lifecycle adheres to the stringent quality standards.Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural documentation and guidelines for software design and implementation.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or additional certifications in software architecture are preferred.Professional Experience:Minimum of 7 years in software development, with at least 7 years as a .Net/.Net core developer.Proven experience as a Solution Architect/Technical Lead, designing and implementing large-scale .Net/.Net core applications.

Technical Skills
