Experience Level: 8-12 Years Location: Pune office Joining: Immediate or up-to 1 months’ notice Summary: We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead – AI-Enabled Full Stack Development professional to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications on the Azure cloud Applications. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular, Azure services, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), combined with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted programming and AI model integration. This role requires strong technical leadership in managing a team of developers and testers, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and intelligent solutions. The candidate will champion AI-driven development workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and any AI tools available while ensuring robust DevOps practices, containerized deployments, and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities: Testing and Quality Assurance ▪ Lead all technical aspects of product development — from architecture design to deployment and release. ▪ Act as a technical mentor and guide for developers, ensuring consistent adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles. ▪ Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Azure AI, improving team productivity and code quality. ▪ Oversee the design and implementation of .NET Core, Angular, and Azure based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. ▪ Integrate AI and automation components into applications, including use cases like intelligent search, natural language interfaces, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics. ▪ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications and lead initiatives for continuous performance tuning. ▪ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Scrum, QA, DevOps, and Data teams) to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements. ▪ Lead all client communications related to technical scope, architecture decisions, and delivery timelines. ▪ Contribute actively to code reviews, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and adherence to clean code principles. ▪ Implement and maintain automated testing platforms, unit testing frameworks, and continuous integration pipelines. ▪ Promote innovation within the team by leveraging AI programming techniques, code assistants, and cloud-native automation tools. ▪ Mentor senior,Junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and AI-driven problem-solving. ▪ Continuously evaluate emerging AI and cloud technologies to enhance product capabilities and development efficiency. Qualifications: a. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience b. 8–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade software solutions, with experience leading a team of 10+ developers and testers. c. Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services. d. Azure Certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert will be added advantage. e. Strong experience in database design, data modelling, and writing complex SQL queries. f. Experience working with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB. g. Proven experience developing cloud-native solutions on Azure, including services like Azure App Service, Function App, Logic App, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Blob/Table Storage. h. Experience or familiarity with DevOps practices, building CI/CD pipelines, and using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for automation. i. Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. j. Experience implementing testing frameworks, unit tests, and automated QA pipelines. k. Hands-on proficiency with Git or other version control systems. l. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Azure AI Studio for pair programming, code generation, and intelligent debugging. m. Understanding AI model integration, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs for enhancing application intelligence and automation. n. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements clearly. o. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, driving sprints, and ensuring timely delivery. p. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.
