Our mission is to empower enterprises with intelligent document management solutions that drive efficiency and innovation powered by AI/ML.Role Overview As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagshipproduct. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, highperformance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure.This is a hands-on Lead role where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering bestpractices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using .NET, React, Python,and Azure PaaS.Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs andimplementation plans.Own code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery for the team.Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development.Implement scalable and secure Azure cloud components aligned with defined architecture.Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.Participate in design discussions and provide technical inputs for solution improvements.Guide and mentor developers within the team, promoting best practices, clean code, andsecurity standards.Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead or seniordeveloper role.Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices, React.js, and Python.Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs.Hands-on experience implementing Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, DataFactory, Kubernetes, etc.).Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY) and common architecturepatterns (microservices, layered, event-driven).Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide a development team through technicalchallenges.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with onshore teams todeliver high-quality products.Nice to Have Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms or B2B applications.Experience with PDF document processing, OCR, or AI/ML integrations.
