NetSuite Technical Lead

About the roleSACVIN Group, a plastics packaging manufacturer with operations in the UAE, India, Nigeria, and Spain, runs its business on NetSuite, and our leadership treats it as a strategic asset rather than back-office software. We're hiring a NetSuite Technical Lead to turn that strategy into working systems.You'll work hand in hand with our Head of Digital Transformation, who sets the system design and architecture, and you'll lead technical delivery. That means building solutions, maintaining quality, and making sure what we ship is robust and scalable.You'll also work directly with the group's owners and senior leadership, who are closely involved in how NetSuite runs the business. Few roles offer this kind of access: your work and your ideas will be seen and acted on at the very top of the company.What you'll doLead technical delivery: translate system designs into well-built solutions, including SuiteScripts (Suitelets, RESTlets, Map/Reduce, User Event), saved searches, dashboards, workflows (SuiteFlow), and roles/permissions.Contribute to design: partner with the Head of Digital Transformation on solution design. Challenge assumptions, flag technical risks, and propose better approaches.Bring ideas forward: proactively find opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimise across subsidiaries, and pitch them to leadership.Work with the top: engage directly with the business owners and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.Standards and quality: own development standards, code review, and sandbox-to-production deployment discipline.Partner management: review and quality-check work delivered by external NetSuite partners.Platform support: act as the technical escalation point for issues and integrations, and support month-end close.What we're looking for5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including production support and troubleshooting (implementation experience a plus).Strong SuiteScript 2.x skills, plus SuiteQL, HTML/Advanced PDF templates, and integration troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with saved searches, custom records, workflows, and roles/permissions.Multi-subsidiary (OneWorld) and multi-currency experience.Manufacturing, inventory, and procurement module experience a plus.Shopify / e-commerce integration experience a plus.Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working directly with business users.
