Employment Type: Full-TimeWork location: Pune/BangaloreWork Model: Full-time role supporting implementation, enhancement, and production support activities, with flexibility to collaborate across business, technical, and integration teams.ROLE SUMMARYWe are looking for a techno-functional NetSuite CRM & ERP Developer to support CRM and ERP business processes across implementation, production support, enhancements, and integrations.

The role is 80% technical and 20% functional, requiring strong SuiteScript, SuiteQL, workflow, integration, and debugging skills together with working knowledge of CRM and ERP business processes including O2C, P2P, and R2R.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport implementation of NetSuite CRM and ERP modules.Gather requirements and prepare technical design documents.Build custom records, fields, forms, sublists, workflows, and scripts.Provide L2/L3 production support and perform RCA.Develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations including Client, User Event, Scheduled, Suitelet, RESTlet, and Map/Reduce scripts.Develop and optimize SuiteQL queries and Saved Searches.Support integrations via SuiteTalk, RESTlets, Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar middleware.Troubleshoot CRM–ERP data flow issues across Opportunity, Sales Order, Procurement, Finance, and Reporting processes.Maintain documentation and follow release management processes.Support data migration, data validation, CSV imports, duplicate handling, and data quality checks across CRM and ERP records during implementation and enhancement activities.Prepare and execute unit testing, support UAT, validate deployments in Sandbox and Production, and document test results for enhancements, fixes, workflows, scripts, and integrations.TECHNICAL SKILLSMandatory Skills:SuiteScript 2.0/2.1SuiteQLSaved SearchesSuiteFlowCustom Records, Forms, Fields, Sublists, CustomizationsHands-on CRM & ERPRoles & PermissionsSuiteTalk REST/SOAPJavaScript ES5/ES6Debugging and Governance ManagementPreferred Skills:SuiteTalk REST/SOAPRESTlets, BoomiMuleSoftCeligoNetSuite certificationsExposure to other ERPs or AI modules.Tools and Environment:Experience working with NetSuite Sandbox and Production accountsDeployment processes, script logs, saved search troubleshooting, issue tracking tools, and version-controlled development practices is preferred.FUNCTIONAL SKILLSMandatory: NetSuite CRM Modules (Leads, Opportunities, Sales Pipelines)Mandatory: NetSuite ERP Modules (Sales Orders, Procurement, Invoicing, Finance)NetSuite Data ModelBusiness Requirement Gathering & Solution DesignIntegration Concepts and MiddlewareQUALIFICATIONS3–4 years of hands-on NetSuite CRM & ERP development experience.Experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects.Experience supporting live production environments.NetSuite certifications are preferred.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.SOFT SKILLSStrong analytical and troubleshooting capability.Stakeholder communication and requirement clarification.Documentation and RCA preparation.Ability to work independently in a support model.Eager to scale up and learn new technologies like other ERPs and AI modules.Interested: Send resume of daram.jenni@acldigital.com
