Location: BengaluruJobType: full-timeWe are seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Manager with 7-11 years of experience in ERP implementation, customization, integration, and business process optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite, combined with a solid understanding of business processes across finance, operations, order management, procurement, inventory, and other ERP functions.This role requires a strong balance of functional consulting and technical capabilities. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable NetSuite solutions, leading customization initiatives, managing integrations, and ensuring the ERP platform effectively supports business objectives.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of NetSuite ERP solutionsWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process gaps, and translate business needs into effective NetSuite solutionsManage end-to-end NetSuite customization initiatives, including workflows, scripts, custom records, custom fields, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and reportsProvide functional expertise across key ERP processes such as financial management, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, procurement, and reportingLead NetSuite implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production supportDevelop and oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using APIs, web services, SuiteTalk, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologiesCollaborate with developers and technical teams on SuiteScript development and ensure custom solutions follow best practicesAnalyze existing ERP processes and recommend improvements that enhance automation, scalability, efficiency, and data accuracyManage system testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testingCreate functional specifications, technical requirements, process documentation, and solution design documentsTroubleshoot complex NetSuite issues and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teamsManage vendors, implementation partners, and external consultants when requiredLead and mentor NetSuite administrators, developers, analysts, and functional consultantsEnsure appropriate governance, security, access controls, change management, and documentation across the NetSuite environmentMust-Have Skills7-11 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, administration, or technology-driven business systemsStrong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERPProven expertise in NetSuite Customization and configurationStrong understanding of ERP business processes and system architectureExperience with SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, and custom formsExperience managing NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware platformsStrong requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and project leadership skillsAbility to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team-management capabilitiesGood-to-Have SkillsNetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP ConsultantExperience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary environments, and international operationsExposure to middleware and integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoftKnowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or other programming languagesExperience with ERP migration, data transformation, and large-scale NetSuite implementationsAgile project management experience
