Network AdministratorLocation: Orlando, FL (On-site)Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (Based on experience and internal equity)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our client's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, network troubleshooting, security, and infrastructure support.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Configure and support routers, switches, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.Maintain network security and ensure compliance with company policies.Install and upgrade network hardware, cabling, and equipment.Provide end-user technical support.Participate in after-hours maintenance as needed.Mentor junior IT staff and support infrastructure projects.QualificationsAssociate's degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related field.4+ years of network administration experience.Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, MS SQL, Exchange, DHCP, and DNS.Knowledge of network design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with RMF, ISSO/ISSM responsibilities, and ITAR environments is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
