Network & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Specialist

Job PurposeResponsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization's enterprise network and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and business continuity of network and cloud services while supporting day-to-day operations, infrastructure projects.Job AccountabilitiesManage enterprise network infrastructure.Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and networking.Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, internet connectivity, SIP trunks, and PBX systems.Monitor network and cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity using centralized monitoring tools.Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing, technical documentation, and infrastructure inventory.Design, implement, and support network infrastructure for new offices.Ensure every site has appropriate primary and backup internet connectivity.Coordinate with service providers and vendors for technical implementation and issue resolution.Participate in infrastructure projects, technical evaluations, implementation, UAT, Go-Live, and operational handover.Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) planning and testing.Ensure compliance with approved IT policies, standards, and cybersecurity requirements.Prepare monthly reports covering network health, utilization, incidents, risks, and improvement recommendations.Provide second- and third-level infrastructure support for critical incidents.Participate in on-call support during major events and critical operational periods.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure administration.Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Certifications: CCNA (must) CCNP Enterprise (Preferred).Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure during critical events. Time management and problem-solving skills.
