Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Network & Collaboration, Specialist who will be responsible for supporting network infrastructure, communication systems, and collaboration platforms to ensure reliable connectivity and communication services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center network infrastructureDesign, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity, coverage, capacity, and performanceConfigure and support routing and switching technologies using Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent platformsImplement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce secure device authentication, user access policies, and network segmentationDeploy, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure, including IP telephony, SIP, QoS, and voice gatewaysManage wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, roaming, guest wireless, and authentication servicesMonitor network and voice performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum availabilityLead network infrastructure projects, including branch connectivity, headquarters deployments, migrations, and technology upgradesDevelop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, operational procedures, and technical standardsCoordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutionsSupport and manage Aruba Wireless Controllers and Huawei Wi-Fi 7 environmentsAdditional Responsibilities (Account Growth & Commercial Support):Manage and develop client accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services and solutionsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field5 years of experience in IT projects. Familiarity with project management methodologiesProficiency in project tracking toolsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughFluent in English (spoken and written)Job Location: HQ
