Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and IT systems.Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users.Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.Maintain IT equipment, security standards, and technical documentation.Support daily IT operations across company locations.Required Technical Skills:LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching.Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Wireless Access Points.Point-to-Point (PtP) and Microwave Wireless Links.Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365.Grandstream PBX, IP Phones & VoIP.VPN, Network Security & IT Troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
