Network & Security Engineer – L2

We are looking for a Network & Security Engineer – L2 to support and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system availability and security.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and troubleshoot Cisco & HPE Aruba switches, wireless, and network infrastructure.Configure and support VLANs, STP, trunking, NAC, 802.1X, RADIUS, and network segmentation.Provide operational support for Cisco ISE, Cisco/Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN, and Cisco Umbrella/SASE.Monitor and support Citrix NetScaler/ADC load balancers.Manage Symantec Endpoint Protection/EDR and assist with security incident resolution.Provide operational support for LogRhythm SIEM/SOAR and CyberArk PAM.Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, backups, and maintenance activities.Coordinate with Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE Aruba, ISPs, and other vendors for incidents and support cases.Maintain network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, reports, and operational documentation.Support audits, compliance, DR testing, and disaster recovery readiness.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Network & Security / Infrastructure Operations.Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, and Cisco ISE.Knowledge of network security, firewalls, NAC, wireless, VPN, and troubleshooting.Exposure to NetScaler, Symantec EDR, LogRhythm, and CyberArk is preferred.Strong incident management, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
