Location: UAEMonthly Salary: AED 9,500Work Schedule: Rotating shiftsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Network & Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of a contact center supporting approximately 200 seats.The successful candidate will ensure the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure, Windows servers, firewalls, and connectivity services.

This role requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts to support business operations.Key Responsibilities1. Network AdministrationManage and maintain stacked Layer 2 access switches and Layer 3 core switches.Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, DHCP relay, spanning tree, and port channels/link aggregation.Administer FortiGate firewalls, including NAT, security policies, SD-WAN, and DNS filtering.Manage dual internet connections, failover, and routing policies to direct traffic from designated VLANs through the appropriate connection.Maintain MPLS WAN connectivity and routing priorities for internal applications.Configure and maintain site-to-site VPN connections.Implement and manage network monitoring tools using SNMP to track availability, throughput, and performance.2. Windows Server & Systems AdministrationAdminister Windows Server 2025 infrastructure and maintain reliable server operations.Manage Active Directory users, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects.Configure and maintain DHCP and DNS services, including scope maintenance, DNS cleanup, resolution hierarchy, and upstream forwarders.Plan and implement DHCP failover with a secondary server to support high availability.Perform server patching, user provisioning, and IT asset lifecycle management.Troubleshoot endpoint connectivity, IP addressing, DNS resolution, and access issues.3. Security, Availability & Disaster RecoveryImplement and maintain access control lists, port security, and VLAN isolation.Maintain firewall policies supporting secure voice, data, and web traffic.Review security logs, access permissions, firmware, and configuration updates.Maintain network and system disaster recovery arrangements, conduct recovery testing, and support service restoration.4. Technical Support & IT OperationsProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for network, server, and connectivity incidents.Investigate incidents, restore services, and prepare root cause analysis reports.Plan and implement maintenance activities and production changes through established change management procedures.Maintain configuration records, network diagrams, operating procedures, and incident documentation.Coordinate with vendors, internet service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and deliver infrastructure upgrades.Provide technical support coverage through a rotating shift schedule.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration.Valid CCNP certification in Enterprise or Security is required.Previously earned MCSE certification or a relevant current Microsoft certification covering Windows Server administration is required.Strong practical experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls.Strong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, VLANs, spanning tree, switch stacking, and link aggregation.Experience with Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, or equivalent enterprise switches.Working knowledge of OSPF, static routing, MPLS, WAN routing policies, SD-WAN, and VPN connectivity.Experience supporting high-availability infrastructure, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery operations.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and incident management skills.Willingness to work rotating shifts.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience supporting contact centers or comparable environments with approximately 200 users.Experience managing environments with multiple VLANs, redundant internet connectivity, and critical voice and data services.Key SkillsNetwork AdministrationSystem AdministrationWindows ServerActive DirectoryFortinetNetwork SwitchingNetwork RoutingDomain Name System (DNS)Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)Network Troubleshooting
