Location: MohaliJoining: November 2026We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage IT/Technical Support operations, lead frontline teams, drive operational performance and ensure consistent delivery against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT/Technical Support operations.Lead, mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.Monitor key performance metrics, SLAs, productivity, quality and CSAT.Handle client interactions, stakeholder coordination and escalations.Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to process guidelines and achievement of team targets.Provide regular performance feedback, coaching and development support to team members.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry.Strong exposure to IT/Technical Support processes.Experience managing teams and monitoring operational metrics.Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Must be available to join in November 2026.
