The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX, along with good knowledge of SIP-based voice communication.The role will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability of the enterprise telephony environment.Preferred candidates should have hands-on experience with:Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)Cisco Unity ConnectionRibbon Session Border Controller (SBC)Ribbon PSXVoice infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and incident managementDesired Skills:Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage high risk production changes with precisionExcellent organization, documentation, and time management skills Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teamsComfortable operating in fast paced, capacity constrained environments
