Network Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Network Development Manager to join a leading automotive organisation in Dubai.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in dealer/distributor network management, network development and dealer standards.

Location: Dubai, UAEExperience: 3–5 yearsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, analyse and expand the existing distributor/dealer network.Ensure new and existing showrooms comply with required brand standards and guidelines.Work closely with distributors and approved agencies on showroom design and compliance.Support EV showroom readiness and compliance initiatives.Conduct dealer evaluations and recommend improvement plans.Conduct market research to identify potential new locations.Analyse the existing network and recommend improvement strategies.Develop strategies for opening new locations or addressing underperforming locations.Build strong relationships with distributors and provide ongoing support.Oversee in-store customer experience tools, touchpoints and customer journey initiatives.Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Planning teams.

Requirements
