Network Development Project Manager – Saudi ArabiaJuthur – جذور is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading companies in the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia for an experienced Network Development Project Manager.This is a key role responsible for leading strategic network expansion and development programs, including new openings, optimization, refreshment, and multi-site development initiatives.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage network development portfolios, programs, and projects.Manage new openings, expansion, optimization, refreshment, and acquisition initiatives.Develop project plans, timelines, dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports.Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery within agreed quality standards.Coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Sales, Design, Manpower Planning, and other stakeholders.Track network growth, project counts, revenue targets, and opening performance.Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and variances and drive corrective actions.Lead stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and workshops.Ensure project governance, documentation, reporting, and PM standards.Support the readiness and successful launch of new locations.🔹 RequirementsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.7+ years of relevant experience in project management, network development, expansion, healthcare, retail, or multi-site operations.Proven experience managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously.Strong experience in new openings, expansion, or multi-location development.Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and communication capabilities.Experience with project management tools and dashboards.Saudi market experience is highly preferred.PMP certification is an advantage.Arabic & English proficiency is preferred.
