Key Skills: Network Monitoring, DHCP, TCP/IP, RTCP, DNS, ipv4/v6, MPLS, BGP, QOS, Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS, Cisco CertRoles and Responsibilities: Monitor network health, identify faults, and troubleshoot connectivity and service-impacting issues across production environments.Analyze protocol behavior and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and RTCP.Support routing and transport environments involving BGP, MPLS, and QoS.Work with Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS based network environments for operational support and issue resolution.Coordinate with internal teams to restore network services and maintain stable operations.Skills Required:8 to 15 years of relevant network engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and RTCP.Practical experience in network monitoring and operational troubleshooting.Exposure to enterprise or service provider network environments with routing and transport technologies.Ability to support network incidents across Cisco and Nokia-based platforms.Good to Have:Cisco Certification, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, BGP, QoS, Cisco IOS-XR, Nokia TMOS.Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline.
