Network Engineer

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team.This includes routers, switches, firewalls, and making sure our employees and systems stay connected. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points.Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Internet connectivity, and network security.Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, NAT, and QoS.Monitor network performance and ensure high availability using enterprise monitoring tools.Configure and manage firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance.Diagnose and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues within agreed SLAs.Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system administration teams to support business operations.Required SkillsStrong experience with Cisco Routing & SwitchingLAN, WAN, WLAN, VPNTCP/IP, DNS, DHCPOSPF, BGP, EIGRPVLAN, STP, HSRP, NAT, QoSNetwork Security & FirewallsCisco ASA / FirepowerFortinet or Palo Alto FirewallsWireless Networking (Cisco WLC & Access Points)Network Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine, or ZabbixPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.CCNA/CCNP certification is highly preferred.Experience supporting enterprise or government network environments is preferred.
