We provide a collaborative environment focused on technical growth, continuous learning, and global enterprise exposure.We are seeking a technically strong Network Engineer L1/L2 to support enterprise and data centre network infrastructure.The role covers network design, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution. Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, APIC, ANP, DMVPN, SD-WAN, VMware NSX-T, and enterprise routing/switching is required.Experience supporting critical production, data centre, banking, or financial-services environments is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise & Data Centre NetworkingConfigure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise and data centre network infrastructure.Support highly available and business-critical network environments.Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus and data centre technologies.Support Cisco ACI environments including APIC, ANP/EPG, tenants, bridge domains, contracts, and endpoint connectivity.Perform network upgrades, migrations, hardware replacements, and infrastructure changes.Support physical and virtual network connectivity.Monitor network availability, performance, capacity, and reliability.Follow change management, security, and operational procedures.Cisco ACI & NexusAdminister and troubleshoot Cisco ACI and APIC.Work with tenants, EPGs/ANPs, bridge domains, contracts, VRFs, VLAN/VXLAN, and endpoint connectivity.Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus switches.Investigate routing, switching, application communication, and performance issues.Routing & SwitchingConfigure and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching.Work with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.Troubleshoot VLANs, trunking, STP, EtherChannel, VRF, ARP, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.Analyse routing tables and network paths.Support network segmentation, redundancy, and high-availability architectures.DMVPN & SD-WANConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot DMVPN.Support enterprise WAN and branch connectivity.Implement and maintain SD-WAN solutions.Troubleshoot WAN tunnels, routing, latency, packet loss, and connectivity.Coordinate with service providers on circuit and connectivity issues.Support WAN-to-SD-WAN migrations.Network VirtualisationSupport VMware NSX-T environments.Troubleshoot virtual networking, overlay networks, and physical-to-virtual connectivity.Support network segmentation and security policies.Coordinate with server, virtualisation, and cloud teams.Dell & HP NetworkingConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot Dell and HP switches.Perform VLAN configuration, routing, upgrades, replacements, and migrations.Troubleshoot interoperability between network platforms.Monitoring & TroubleshootingMonitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents.Perform advanced network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Use Wireshark for packet capture and analysis.Analyse logs, routing information, interface statistics, and network telemetry.Identify recurring incidents and implement corrective actions.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers, vendors, or technology partners.Participate in incident, problem, and change management.Production & Data Centre SupportSupport critical production and data centre network environments.Participate in maintenance windows, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure changes.Respond to high-priority incidents and service disruptions.Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain network diagrams, configurations, IP addressing information, and technical documentation.Document changes, incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.Maintain operational procedures and knowledge-base documentation.Follow security, access control, audit, and change management requirements.Essential Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Networking, or related field.8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, data centre networking, or similar network engineering environments.Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, APIC, and ANP/EPG.Strong enterprise routing and switching knowledge.Experience with DMVPN and SD-WAN.Hands-on experience with Dell and HP switches.Experience with VMware NSX-T and network virtualisation.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Proficiency with Wireshark and packet analysis tools.Experience supporting critical production and/or data centre environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Willingness to support maintenance windows and on-call/after-hours activities.Technical SkillsCisco ACI |
